McGaskets became a Texas corporation in 1996. The officers are Kurt W. McCormick (President), and Maria McCormick (Secretary). The company has remained a family owned and operated business for Nearly 30.

The diversified industries in the Greater Houston area, as well as national and international companies, provide a demand for quality gaskets in a wide assortment of sizes and shapes.
